P M Australasia Pty Ltd can establish and manage the construction site and services, contractor induction's, car parking and security arrangements. Our dedicated staff can oversee all stages of construction with either full time "hands on" supervision or part time site contact; from green field sites to an operational plant, from manual or outdated equipment to computer controlled processes and from small processes to multi-stage plants.

Our personnel can control all site operations with constant project updates and costs reported to the client, or provide assistance to others in an advisory capacity at any level.

We can liaise directly with contractors for project dates, costs and professionalism; monitor site safety and construction standards ensuring the quality of the project. Assist engineers in site modifications, to aid development of a functional and practical plant layout to inspect and insure correct installation and accessibility for future expansion and maintenance accessibility of equipment.
